**“sokar el byoot”** is a project designed to train female breadwinners in confectionery production while building collaborative work networks among trainees to implement group-based business ventures. The program includes a theoretical component covering entrepreneurship, digital marketing, and financial inclusion, in addition to hands-on technical training. Several cohorts from different governorates have already graduated after being assessed according to defined evaluation criteria. Outstanding trainees receive in-kind support such as ovens and raw materials, and top performers are also provided with employment opportunities at leading establishments in the field.
