About the Position
Haya Karima Foundation is looking for an experienced Child Protection Officer to lead the technical implementation of the Child Protection and Case Management (CP/CM) component of the Family Development Centers Programme, implemented in partnership with UNICEF Egypt.
The position will play a key role in strengthening the capacity of Family Centers to provide integrated, inclusive, and quality child protection and psychosocial support services, including identification, referral, case management, and individual/group therapeutic support for children in need.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the technical implementation of the Child Protection and Case Management (CP/CM) component.
- Strengthen Family Centers’ capacity to deliver child protection and psychosocial support services.
- Support identification, referral, and case management processes for children in need.
- Contribute to individual and group psychosocial and therapeutic support for children.
Application Requirements and Experience
- Experience in child protection, case management, and psychosocial support.
- Experience working with children and families in development or protection programmes.
- Strong technical skills in assessment, referral, and case management.
- Ability to build the capacity of field teams and Family Centers.
