About the Position
Haya Karima Foundation is seeking a qualified Clinical Therapist to join Haya Complex and provide psychological assessment and therapeutic services to beneficiaries as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological and clinical assessments using appropriate interviews, tests, and scales.
- Administer and interpret intelligence tests and clinical measures, including the MMPI.
- Evaluate mental health conditions, personality disorders, and psychotic disorders.
- Formulate, execute, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions.
- Apply diverse therapeutic approaches and select the most suitable method for each case.
- Prepare psychological/clinical reports and track patient progress.
- Coordinate closely with the multidisciplinary team.
Application Requirements and Experience
- Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology.
- Professional license to practice psychotherapy is preferred.
- In the absence of a license, a minimum of 7 years of clinical psychotherapy experience is required.
- Proven experience dealing with psychiatric conditions, personality disorders, and psychotic disorders.
- Hands-on experience administering and interpreting psychological assessments, including the MMPI.
