About the Position
Haya Karima Foundation is seeking 3 experienced Field Officers to support the implementation of the Family Development Centers Programme, implemented in partnership with UNICEF Egypt across six governorates.
The Field Officers will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and field implementation of programme activities across their assigned governorates, working closely with Family Centers, community-based nurseries, local communities, government partners, facilitators, and volunteers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement programme activities in assigned governorates on a day-to-day basis.
- Work closely with Family Centers and community-based nurseries.
- Coordinate with local communities, government partners, facilitators, and volunteers.
- Follow up on field activities and support quality implementation at targeted sites.
Application Requirements and Experience
- Experience in field implementation of development or social programmes.
- Experience coordinating with local communities and government partners.
- Strong communication, coordination, and field follow-up skills.
- Ability to travel regularly within assigned governorates.
