About the Position

Haya Karima Foundation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the strategic and operational implementation of the Family Development Centers Programme, implemented in partnership with UNICEF Egypt across six governorates.

The Family Development Centers Programme strengthens Haya Karima Family Centers as integrated, community-based “one-stop-shop” platforms delivering coordinated services to children, caregivers, and communities. Through a hub-and-spoke model, the six Family Centers also provide technical and operational support to a wider network of surrounding community-based nurseries.

  • Ensure ECD, CP/CM, SBC, and WASH components are delivered effectively, on time, within budget, and in compliance with UNICEF and HKF requirements.

Application Requirements and Experience

  • Strong experience in project and programme management.
  • Experience working with UN agencies or international donors, preferably UNICEF.
  • Experience in ECD, child protection, social and behaviour change, and/or WASH.
