About the Position

Haya Karima Foundation is seeking a qualified and results-oriented Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) Officer to join its Grants & Programme Quality Department.

The successful candidate will support the implementation and strengthening of the Foundation's Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) systems by ensuring high-quality data collection, analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring. The role will contribute to evidence-based programming, organizational learning, and donor compliance across the Foundation's development programmes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and strengthening of the Foundation's MEAL systems.
• Ensure high-quality data collection, analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Contribute to evidence-based programming, organizational learning, and donor compliance across development programmes.

Application Requirements and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Public Administration, or another relevant discipline.
• Minimum five (5) years of professional experience, including at least four (4) years in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) within NGOs, INGOs, development organizations, or donor-funded programmes.
• Demonstrated experience in data collection, analysis, reporting, database management, and the use of MEAL and data analysis tools, with a sound understanding of Results-Based Management (RBM) and accountability frameworks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills, with a good command of English and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and travel regularly to project implementation sites.
