About the Position
Haya Karima Foundation is seeking an experienced and highly competent Project Manager to provide executive leadership for the project and manage joint coordination with strategic partners and stakeholders, ensuring all project targets are achieved effectively and in line with the Foundation’s policies and donor requirements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and supervise the implementation of all project activities across the eight governorates according to the timeline.
- Manage and guide the field team and maintain continuous coordination with local and international partners.
- Ensure full compliance with UNFPA requirements and standards.
- Prepare periodic technical and financial reports and submit them to senior management and the donor.
Application Requirements and Experience
- A relevant university degree in social sciences, business administration, development, or related fields.
- Proven experience in managing development projects (preference for prior experience in women’s protection or gender-based violence projects).
- Strong knowledge of UN agencies’ and international donors’ working mechanisms.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with governmental and non-governmental partners.
- Full proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
