The Workshops Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, management, and supervision of workshop operations, ensuring that the project achieves its objectives in training, skills development, and economic empowerment of target beneficiaries, while producing high-quality and marketable products, expanding marketing and sales opportunities, and generating sustainable project revenues.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and supervise the full operations of the workshops.
- Ensure achievement of project objectives in training, skills development, and economic empowerment of target beneficiaries.
- Develop high-quality, marketable products and expand marketing and sales opportunities.
- Oversee the project’s human, material, and financial resources and monitor operational efficiency.
- Achieve production and sales targets and measure the project’s developmental impact on beneficiaries’ employment and income-generation opportunities.
